NEIGHBORHOOD FABRIC

This fabulous design was created from a painting by Miles Frode. It is printed on 4.3 ounce, 100% cotton. It is 42 inches wide with a 41.5 inch repeat. The fabric is estimated to shrink 2-3% in length and 4-5% in width. 

Machine wash cool on a gentle/delicate setting using phosphate-free detergent. Machine dry on a low temperature setting and iron on reverse side, if needed.

The fabric is sold in full and half yard increments. The fabric will be cut continuously.
